Let’s Get Ready Together
As a long-time professional practitioner of various energy-healing modalities, such as EFT Tapping, the Grief Recovery Method, and life coaching, I have begun implementing the wisdom, knowledge, practices, and experiences gained during the ceremonies I attended into my work with one-on-one clients. These methods offer great value to those ready to delve deeper into their inner work process.
Having walked this path myself, I understand the complexities and nuances of the Ayahuasca journey. I’m here to help you prepare mentally and emotionally, setting intentions that deeply resonate with your goals. I’ll share practices to help you remain aware and present during your ceremonies and integrate these profound experiences into your everyday life for lasting change. You can trust that my support is grounded in personal experience and a genuine desire to see you thrive.
My Story
My journey began unexpectedly, with a sudden call from Mama Ayahuasca.
Before that, I never imagined I’d be traveling to Peru anytime soon, let alone participating in a ceremony and drinking the brew. I was already engaged in soul-healing practices that helped me address the roots of my problems. The thought of Ayahuasca never occurred to me until my husband decided to give it a try. As I helped him explore various healing centers online, I experienced a startling moment—almost as if someone was speaking directly in my mind, asking, “You know you should go there too and do it together with him, right?” In those next ten minutes, after catching my breath from the surprise, I decided to join him and answer the calling.
Like many others, I was seeking deeper healing and clarity to address the untouched areas of my past. What I discovered was far beyond my expectations. The ceremonies were mind-blowing; after so many years of self-healing, I finally experienced what I now call “my kind of healing.” It brought an immediate connection with the Plant Spirit, intense personal insights, emotional healing, and spiritual growth that I hadn’t imagined possible—certainly not in a retreat setting, but rather through many more years, or perhaps decades, of inner work. The process wasn’t always easy, but it was transformative in every way and deeply fulfilling.
Through these experiences, I learned the immense value of mindful preparation and integration. Before attending, I resolved to set clear intentions and stay awake and present during ceremonies, actively participating as a co-creator in this quest. My prior practices enabled me to navigate the challenges and embrace this magical journey wholeheartedly. Upon returning home, the integration work started as a crucial element in maintaining the changes in my daily life.
Now, over a year since my very last ceremony, I find there’s still much to prepare for my next round. With two journals filled with ideas, advice, and wisdom awaiting realization, I take this path one day at a time, allowing myself breaks where needed. Perfection isn’t the goal; moving forward at my own pace is.
For the Curious
Reading and learning are my passions. I love self-help books, and a good novel can easily keep me up at night. Besides my first language, Hungarian, I’ve learned English in Canada, which I have called home since 2014. Ever since my first trip to Peru, I’ve been captivated by the Spanish language, and it’s my goal to dive deeper into it so I can have meaningful conversations with the ceremony shamans and the natives in Peru.
I have a soft spot for kids and animals, who bring immense joy and inspiration into my life. I cherish the simple pleasures of long walks and jogging, and I never say no to a friendly game of Jenga or the challenge of building a 1000-piece puzzle. These moments of connection and creativity fuel my spirit and keep me grounded.
Surprising Fact: This might surprise you, but besides being a helper, coach, and healer, I am also a published songwriter lyricist in Hungary since 2006. From a young age, I was drawn to writing and composing poems, creating my own little songs that my grandparents recorded. I loved writing essays at school and found a passion for poetry at 14, which blossomed into a career as a professional lyricist. Nowadays, in addition to writing song lyrics, I enjoy crafting blog posts and sharing my thoughts and gifts with my readers. I hope you find my writings beneficial too.
These are some of my favorite pictures taken in Iquitos, Peru. They bring back precious memories and help me stay connected.
