These qualities are coming though also in her therapeutic work, truly as someone who is holding space in the most non-judgmental way I’ve experienced, in ways that I feel understood and supported. Every single time I reach out for support, she shows up with such kindness and compassion that I feel instantly safe to open up and show my truest and rawest sides. She is there, present, supportive and ready to guide me out of my darkest places every time with an unmatched kindness. There has been absolutely nothing that I can not share with her. The way that she pays attention, is a way to truly feel and understand my pain, my challenge, rather than a way to know the answer, to fix me or my problem, and this has been freeing to me personally. What does our collaboration give me? What does it help with? It helps me release and process suppressed emotions, transform a lot of stress and anger, and change my thinking from negative to positive. I encounter very gentle approaches. Sometimes it brings tears to my eyes, sometimes laughter, and I witness positive changes during the sessions.

She helps me remain calmer, build myself up, find out who I truly am beneath the layers and patterns imposed on me, and believe in myself. Before starting my work with Krisztina, I wouldn’t even leave the house alone; now, the whole garden is mine, my comfort zone is expanding, and I’m more open to letting the world and life itself back in, which I had shut out.

Anxiety and panic were a daily part of my life, 24 hours a day. Now there are free minutes and hours where they feel like they never even existed. I can boldly say we’ve come a long way, and their intensity has significantly diminished.

Our first meeting with Krisztina happened during a panic attack. As much as I could, I tried to focus on her and apply the techniques for dissolving the panic attack. She raised my mood from my then-current troubling thoughts, causing difficulties and pain, to a much more peaceful thought process and taught me some quick remedies for strong stress and panic situations.

Just after a few sessions, I felt the downward spiral state before sessions slowly change direction, I began to calm down, and bad feelings started to dissolve. My body felt relieved, symptoms experienced before the series of treatments became less frequent and milder. I am very grateful that she cared and guided me how to influence and control my body’s functioning and energy system.

It’s an old problem that I’ve felt increasingly as I’ve aged, where my body, but more specifically my mind, gets tired after a certain period. The Tai Chi exercises require intense concentration, which I can only maintain for a certain period—or at least that’s how it had been.

After the group session, I didn’t immediately have time to attend Tai Chi classes until yesterday, which was my first class in about a week.

After tapping together, I felt emotionally recharged, but beyond that, an interesting feeling developed within me—a sense of calm strength. At yesterday’s Tai Chi practice, I noticed in an almost unbelievable way that even though there were moments, as usual, where I felt I couldn’t continue, a shift occurred, and I easily pushed through, willing to enthusiastically continue almost indefinitely. This whole experience was very surprising; I felt like a completely different person. I am trying hard to preserve this feeling, to always be able to gain new momentum when I desire. For me, this is an enormous, wonderful result. Thank you very much.

Our first meeting happened in the midst of deep emotional turmoil. I was as unwell as I was open to changing that. That’s when Krisztina came into the picture with an approximately 12-day intensive program that turned my life around completely.

I not only found great love but also discovered my life path at that time. I changed professions, home, and city. Armed with sufficient courage and self-confidence, I embarked on my new life, which promised wonderful adventures.

But life always offers new lessons. Despite knowing the very simple techniques taught by Krisztina, I didn’t apply them daily, only occasionally, until I found myself in a situation again where I needed help to get back on my feet. That’s when Krisztina returned, and another inner journey began guided by her advice. Not only did I gain more strength, energy, and confidence day by day, but as the months went by, I realized that my life had drastically changed again in a positive direction. I became bolder, more hopeful, filled with faith, and experienced a life without worries ever more frequently, understanding that being in FLOW is truly the meaning of life.

At the beginning, we met intensely, 3-4 times a week, then – as I improved – less frequently, returning to our work together weekly or bi-weekly. I can say once again that within a few months, I regained myself, and although there’s still work to do, I can already see the light at the end of the tunnel. One thing is certain. I understood that the best tools are available to relieve daily stress (like EFT tapping), and today I can do it independently, turning off the neural path responsible for bad moods in my brain in just minutes. I am lucky to have gone through this with Krisztina, who treated all my problems with the utmost trust, empathy, love, and expertise! I am immensely grateful for her and to her.
